I’m so happy you’re here!

I truly believe that the connection between therapist and client is the foundation of meaningful therapy. You should feel comfortable and supported by the person you're working with! That’s why I offer a free 15-minute consultation before we dive into sessions—so you can get a feel for my approach and see if we’re a good fit. Hopefully, this page gives you a little glimpse of who I am, but let’s chat and make sure it feels right for you!

Credentials

I received my Master of Social Work from the CSWE-accredited social work program at North Carolina State University. I am an Associate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSWA) in North Carolina. I have also completed extensive training through Postpartum Support International for my Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C). I have been trained in mindfulness, DBT, ACT, and practice somatic work. If you’ve read this far, hi :) I know this is the boring part, but it’s important you know the qualifications I have to be your therapist!

Out of the “Office”

I am the proud aunt to 4 (almost 5) silly kiddos and have witnessed all different types of perinatal experiences. I value connection, purpose, fun & creativity. You can likely find me in a new coffee shop or on the trails. I’m also a recovering perfectionist, a hobby extraordinaire, a dog owner, a plant mom (of too many), a coffee enthusiast, & someone who is just trying to figure it out alongside everyone else. I feel most fulfilled when I am spending time with my people: enjoying new experiences together or sharing deeper parts of ourselves with each other. I believe there is nothing more important than human connection :)
