Welcome to Bloom Wellness

Hey there! I’m Maddie!

If you’ve ever found yourself Googling “Am I the only one who feels this way?” at 2 AM, you’re in the right place. I’m a therapist who believes that healing doesn’t have to be stuffy or serious all the time—sometimes, it looks like deep conversations, other times, it looks like laughing at the chaos that is life.

I work with amazing people in the thick of big transitions—new parents figuring out what normal even means, people untangling their sense of identity, and anyone feeling a little (or a lot) lost in the shuffle of life. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodiversity-friendly, and all about creating a space where you don’t have to filter yourself. If you’re overwhelmed, burnt out, or just trying to remember who you are beyond all the roles you play, I see you. Let’s figure it out together.

Therapy Approach

The majority of our time together will likely involve traditional talk therapy. This looks pretty much what it sounds like: we’ll be sitting & talking about presenting problems, current stressors or therapeutic goals. As our therapeutic relationship develops, we’ll both understand you and your needs more intimately.

Therapy with me is like sitting down with a really supportive, non-judgmental friend who actually has the training to back up their advice. I take a down-to-earth, compassionate approach—no psychobabble, no stiff clinical vibes, just real conversations that help you make sense of things.

I pull from evidence-based approaches like DBT, ACT, and somatic work (because our bodies hold a lot more than we realize), but the real magic happens when we tailor therapy to you. Whether that means grounding techniques to manage anxiety, processing old wounds that still sting, or just having a safe space to vent. I have also completed training with Postpartum Support International and enjoy walking clients through family planning and perinatal/postpartum mental health concerns.

I love helping busy, high-achieving people realize that their worth isn’t measured by productivity, and their success doesn’t have to come at the expense of their well-being. My goal is to help you loosen the grip of perfectionism, find a little more ease in your day-to-day, and actually enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard to build!

You're not broken, and you don’t have to figure this out alone.
